This is an amazing summer snack or side dish!
It will instantly cool you down in the hot weather and refresh the senses!
love this as a light breakfast or dessert when the weather is unbearably hot.
- 32 oz. Seedless Watermelon, diced into 1 in. cubes (about 4-5 cups)
- 3-4 Limes, Juiced
- 1 t. sesame oil
- 1 t. local honey
- 6 -10 leaves fresh Basil, torn
- 2 T. Black sesame seeds
**Serves 4 - 6
Combine the lime juice, sesame oil and honey until well combined in a large bowl.
Add in the cubed watermelon. Toss to combine.
Sprinkle over the fresh basil and black sesame. Toss to combine.
