I’m not normally a huge proponent of ‘blended’ meals, but this summertime treat is a nice light way to start on a hot summer day.


  • 6 oz coconut water
  • 2 oz aloe juice
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ inch knob of fresh ginger
  • 3 oz organic raspberries

Serves 1


  1. Combine in ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Enjoy!
