Parsley Lemon Gentle Detox

Ingredients

  • Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley – organic is best
  • Lemon – organic is best

Instructions

  1. Boil filtered water

  2. Put a ½ a lemon and a handful of washed parsley roughly chopped in a mug.

  3. Pour water over and let steep at least 5 minutes.

  4. Drain and drink.

  5. Eat some of the parsley if desired.
