This is an amazing summer snack or side dish!
It will instantly cool you down in the hot weather and refresh the senses!
love this as a light breakfast or dessert when the weather is unbearably hot.


Ingredients

  • 32 oz. Seedless Watermelon, diced into 1 in. cubes (about 4-5 cups)
  • 3-4 Limes, Juiced
  • 1 t. sesame oil
  • 1 t. local honey
  • 6 -10 leaves fresh Basil, torn
  • 2 T. Black sesame seeds

**Serves 4 - 6


Instructions

  1. Combine the lime juice, sesame oil and honey until well combined in a large bowl.

  2. Add in the cubed watermelon. Toss to combine.

  3. Sprinkle over the fresh basil and black sesame. Toss to combine.

  4. Enjoy!
